I completely enjoy her style of teaching.
I always feel so relaxed and hopeful when I watch her work.
I created the background last week. Then pulled the images from the shapes I saw. It is interesting to watch where the painting goes...when I start without any real plan.
Play, relax, layer, don't get attached, and repeat!

ReplyDelete"Trust and Listen" more than your beautiful output this week, I just needed that message Jen. Sometimes I need someone to remind me that you just have to surrender, leave things as it is and trust that everything will soon turn out fine.
Mystele is a great teacher. I've been in such stress over finding my style and have learned that when I am happy and relaxed, playing and layering, then "that" must be my style. As you say, "don't get attached, trust and listen" is so true, especially when layering. Lovely work, my friend!
